Since its founding in 1857, Créateur chocolatier Neuhaus has resolutely focused on the production of natural, richly flavoured pralines. Qualities that the company continues to pursue in offering a collection that blends perfectly with two exceptional Single Malt Scotch Whiskies.

Pralines and whisky appear to be made for each other. Both are children of ‘torrefaction’ and the result of natural products (cacao beans and wheat) that release their richly diverse flavours when heated, after which artisanal expertise gives the end-product uniqueness, finesse and character.

From the almost infinite number of possible combinations of these two noble, artisanal products, a professional panel of tasters from Neuhaus and Gault&Millau gathered for several critical tasting sessions in search of the ideal combinations.

This collection is the result of their quest for a pure taste symbiosis between two refined and richly nuanced products, in which the proverbial one plus one equals three.
