Excellent customer service at neuhaus! I ordered some chocolates to be delivered to Texas on December 19th.

My order was incorrect, and I informed frucon.net. Not only did they correct my order, but i received it before christmas.

I received your email and I was at home during the delivery attempt the FedEx person didn't knock hard enough!!

Because I got your email so quickly I was able to call the local Fedex delivery station and they contacted the driver who came back just a few minutes ago and re-delivered.

We just returned from 2 weeks in Belguim. We had a great time and loved it. We sampled a variety of chocolates and found yours to be exceptional! So we decided to wait until we got home to order some for our family and friends.
